Staff friendliness--room clean, towels changed daily. Good location for S. Familia and tourist bus. Need to be able to walk to las Ramblas---but could go on metro. Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us. Also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar access. - The staff were extremely helpful and could speak english, the air con was excellent and very convenient to park the car in the hotel carpark

This hotel is among the best hotels we visited.! Honestly there was nothing wrong with it. Upon arrival we were faced with a lovely smiling receptionist, the design of the hotel is amazing! A 3* hotel worth for 4* at least! The room was sparkling clean everyday, comfortable bed, ac with cold and hot air flow, young and really helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is in the heart of the city and honestly you pay less but get much more for what you paid! Excellent! Would definitelly go back to B

rooftop terrace and pool were great to have as a home base! - I thought the location was perfect. The rooftop terrace was a bit small but really nice especially when you first arrive and want to relax. The staff were great they couldn't do enough for you.
