I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds
were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for
the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely
touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little

The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in. My friends and I got a really home away from home feeling. The apartments we booked were totally 5 star quality: clean, well-designed and quiet. The apartment is well located in the center of the city. It is within walking distance to many attractions or to the Metro. I especially liked the fact that we were able to take the Aeroporter bus to & from the airport for a very reasonable price.
