appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. The rooms were very modern and well fitted out having plenty of space and the bathrooms were great.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
I did not use the bar or restaurant facilities so cannot comment on these but they looked good.
