The hotel staff is very kind; they help you with every problem or question you have.   Great location, 3 blocks from Passieg de Gracia train station, 5 blocks from Las Ramblas. Very convenient for a flyin holiday. No need to rent a car. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Their English was much better than my Spanish! Rooms were clean, comfortable and quaint. Hotel is an old 19th century mansion conversion. - Excellent location... what people say » right in the heart of Barcelona, very close to drop off point of Airport Shuttle. Good spacious family room. Inclusion of breakfast for a small price would have been even better.

Just an ideal location, 5 minutes away from the main walking area of the city (Ramblas, Barri Gothic), and connected to almost every location of the city with a direct metro line having the metro station just a few steps away from the hotel entrance! Staff extremely polite, helpful and making Your stay the best it could be. Walking distance to main places of interest in the center. Decor was extravagent pseudo Baroque but a pleasant change from the usual bland modern hotel. The free 24 hour self service buffet was basic but excellent value for money, saving a fortune in coffees and snacks out.

  Wonderfull location, just off the Ramblas on a quiet street. The rooms are good sized and comfortably equipped. Did't have their breakfast. Had avery good stay. would definately recommend the hotel to friends and stay there again if will visit Barcelona in the future. - location and toiletries

  The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Any request or query was delt with efficiently and effectivley. The restaurant, food and service was of a high quality. The selection for breakfast was amazing....we were spoilt for choice! We asked for a large room with a balcony and got a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. We had 2 LCD TVs and a huge balcony!! If you don't ask you don't get!!
