  Staff very friendly, perfect for the nou camp! - The staff were really helpful and polite. English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room.   Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without.
