From the moment we stepped out of our taxi until the moment we left the hotel, the staff were attentive to all of our needs. The amenities were first class, and I especially enjoyed the full range of fitness and leisure activities: spa, gym, hydrotherapy pool and outdoor pool. The hotel's proximity to the subway, shops and local attractions were other positive factors. The whole experience was superb; the staff, especially Katia, Ana and Giorgio on reception unfailingly helpful and extremely pleasant.The brerakfast was the best I have ever had in a four star; I will make this my preferred choice to stay in Barcelona ( I need to visit every month for the next 7 months), as the staff and the whole experience was truly exceptional.

The location was perfect as we wished to explore the trains and underground from Sants Barcelona which is a few metres away so no heavy suitcases to carry for long walks from transport. Thr room was spacious and clean with a relaxing bath. Everything. This was a great hotel and it certainly contributed to making our vacation in Barcelona more enjoyable. It is in an excellent location near the tour bus stop and accross from a metro stop, spectacular views, large beautiful, spotlessly clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent room service.The hotel has a perfect location and the staff is extremely helpful. The carpark is a rip off at 21 euros a day extra and 1/2 euro per hour over the 24. The pool is more like a large puddle - it is ok for lying but it is 5 strokes from end to end. The room price at its full rate is ridiculous. I paid 100 euros and wouldn't pay more.I requested a wake up call for the morning of our return and this never came. A bit noisy from outside, un peu bruillant de l'exterieur. No sound insulation! At this price gategory... Mind that it is in front of the station, so it can be very noisy. Therooms are very badly soundproofed, so I could hear noise from outside aswell as running water in the bathroom of the next room. Besides, theycharge you a deposit for incidental costs at arrival which is notmentioned on the website.noice outside from cars and better isolation on the windows would fix it. Quite expensive, no breakfeast price included and paying separately is expensive (although majority of the hotels follow same practice). at this point no but I stayed for only 2 ays as well. Leaving the room, the airconditioning switched off, returning the room was very hot.Two single beds for a couple not comfortable. The hotel had 4 sides (rectangular, detached building), of which 3 had a good view of the city even if you are not on a very high floor. But our room was on the side of the hotel which faced the other building, so although we were on 11th floor, we couldn't open the curtains. Since the hotel wasn't that full, they should have given us a room with better view.You have to pay 12 Euros per day for the Wifi.
