  The hotel was everything we hoped for and more! We arrived early (8:30 am), Vinnie and Kristina at the front desk stored our luggage in a secure locked area, leaving us free to explore the sights until check-in. Upon check-in, we were greeted with glasses of sparkling cava. Vinnie and Kristina represent the hotel most excellently.   The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s. The apartment was small but clean, with two twins in one room and a queen bed in the other. There was also a pullout sofa downstai - Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge!   We had some problem the first night: they booked a room for us in another hotel 'cause we were in sort of overbooking. But from the second day the stay was great. To apologize they leave us one of the best room (and for a day more), give us breakfast for free (at the bar nearby) and discount part of the ammount. The place is in a great position, the room was clean and quiet, just little bit dark - The place was super clean. The interieur was modern and cosy, and the matresses were excellent for sleeping. Great location for sightseeing, shopping, or beach.

Rate (105 Euro) was good for the location - close to everything. Love the free bottles of cold water on each floor. Didn't try the restaurant -- it looked very nice, but also a little spendy.   Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue. My sisters had the 2 bedroom /. 2 bath with windows facing the square. Spacious and clean. - The staff is helpful that helps me to find its office although it is hard to find. Meanwhile, the apartment is absolutely worth the price that it is big with a large balcony. Strongly recommended!
