  The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s. The apartment was small but clean, with two twins in one room and a queen bed in the other. There was also a pullout sofa downstai - Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge!   Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue. Plenty of hot water and amenities. They supply you with the basics. No paper products aside from toilet paper. Very comfortable. Definitely will stay he... what people say » re again. My sisters had the 2 bedroom /. 2 bath with windows facing the square. Spacious and clean. - The staff is helpful that helps me to find its office although it is hard to find. Meanwhile, the apartment is absolutely worth the price that it is big with a large balcony. Strongly recommended!

Appartments were clean (we took two bedroom appartments), kitchen had everything that we need. It's small, but large terrace has table that we used for our meals. But be prerared ;) - Perfect location in the middle of the Old Town, there are two subway stations nearby (Liceu, Jaume I) from which the whole city could be reached very quickly.
