  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  Excellent location, quiet room. The room was very pleasant and so were the public areas of the hotel. The staff was very kind, efficient and helpful. The Airbus station is just few minutes away and since we traveled by air we enjoyed the cheap and efficient bus transportation.   The location was excellent with great transport links on your doorstep and the Gaudi house opposite the apartments. The view from the clean and stylish roof top was brilliant and the two small pools was perfect for a small dip but dont expect to do length in them!   It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... what people say » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either.   The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.
