Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc..)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm.
all reviews » Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i. Great location. It was 10mins walt to Sagrada Familia and 20mins to the Guell Park. There are lots of shops and caffes around. Nice, clean apartment. Nice large french style window with hills for view. Ideal for 4 people. The flat is nice and clean, very spacious. Modern bathroom and decent size kitchen. However the sofa wasn't big enough for 4 people. Note that there is nobody in the office at the weekends unless you arrange to meet them. I would definitely stay there again. comfortable apartment, lots of space and great when travelling with a small kid. Not far away from metro station (10 min walk), and close to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. We would stay here again. Size of the apartment. It was clean, and it seems like its new !. Lokation. Location. Nice area, close to Sagrada Familia, metro station, hop-on hop-off bus stop. Fruit markets and supermarkets around. Very spacious. check-in & check-out times displayed in the add are NOT correct. Check-out time is till 11:00 am and not "between 9:00 and 13:00". We arrived at 11:00 and apt. was still not ready, so we dropped the luggage and had to wait till it's cleaned (the reception was however nice and appologized for that). There was no internet for 2 days, which was fixed later. Overall = recommended!. No cot bed. There was no internet connection! We weren't told whether there was an internet connection when we first arrived. The person who met us was very friendly but didn’t speak much English. Finally we managed to find someone in the office at the weekend, then got the password etc however unable to connect! This information should be available in the flat. I shouldn't have to chase it. If you are looking for it on a Tom Tom... its not in Barcelona its in "L'Hospitalet de Llobregat" a completely different place... nobody to reception, in our 4 nights stay nobody clean, wi-fi weak. We had some issues on arrival with confusion over our needs (were allocated a unit that was too small for our group). I couldnt accses to the wifi, they said that they are having a problem and they will fix it but they didnt. Parkings outside the apartments are always busy, unless if you want to pay for parking. Check-in disk is NOT 24/7 hours! I stayed in front of the apartments 1:30 hours waiting!. An old furniture, dirty sofa, broken kitchen techniks. The appartment was not ready even though they knew the time we will be arriving. When we finally got in, 3 hours later, it was not clean. The people who run the place are never there so basically after checking in you are on your own. We urgently needed some help with something and the only way to communicate with them was by email. This of course took some time and since we were running out of time, we eventually had to seek help from a stranger in the street. They don't speak english. Very cold Very expensive Poor equipment. they didn't answer the phone when i called about checking in outside of their very narrow checkin hours. i didn't have a mobile phone in spain so couldn't keep calling. upon arrival, no one there, no marked office, and the contact number was a mobile instead of a land line (and was shut off).
