The hotel staff is very kind; they help you with every problem or question you have.   Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us. Also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar access. - The staff were extremely helpful and could speak english, the air con was excellent and very convenient to park the car in the hotel carpark

  Good staffs, they can speak English and supported my travel in Barcelona. The hotel is located at the convinient point to go to the some historical places.
