The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away". Had everything we wanted.....plenty of sleeping space, nice sized kitchen and dining area and lots of toiletries and towels provided. The location was also ideal.

  Very good hotel, looks perfect, very clean, very nice rooms, big space, very clean bathrooms and near a big commercial center where you have discounts if you stay at this hotel and 5min. distance walk from the Metro station. The hotel staff is very kind; they help you with every problem or question you have.   The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. The hotel provided free internet access in its lobby area , and the rooms where impeccable. -... what people say » The location is so so,quite far from the city center, but close to Sagrada Familia, about 5 min by walking. Sometimes it was hard to catch a taxi from the street near hotel. At the same time there was the best room of all Eurostars Hotels in Barcelona we have stayed (Cristal Palace andLaietana Palace, everywhere we booked standard double room)
