  The Ciutat Vella was perfect, The staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially like the fact that they have a fridge full of bottled water in reception and you can just help yourself, There is free internet and you can print off anything you require free of charge. The room was perfect, comfortable, air conditioned, lcd tv, and a Power shower... what people say » which was great for waking you up in the morning - Bright, light, pleasant design. Very friendly staff. Free wireless Internet access; where low signal, hotel staff provides a network cable, there is an Ethernet outlet in each room.   The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The location was also very good, a few minutes walk from La Ramblas, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.
