  We liked almost everything at the hotel. Its location couldn't be better, right behind the metro exit and you can watch Sagrada Familia at breakfast time or whenever ou go up the terrace. Receptionists and waiters, everybody was very helpful. Room was very large and clean and modern. Hotel is very new with a minimalist design. I requested a specific type of room at the time of reservation and they remembered - The staff. They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room, answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home. This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places we've visited in the mediterranean.   We had a great 8 day stay at Sensation Sagrada Familia. We are a family of 5 --- children age 14, 11 and 8 -- and had plenty of room with two bedrooms with a full size bed and another bed room with a two twin beds along with a pull out couch in the living room. The staff was super friendly and any time we needed something, they were more than happy to oblige -- reserve tickets for - We rented a two bedroomed apt and it was excellent, clean and very modern as seen in pictures. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment is in a block of apartments served with reception services as in hotels. Receptionists were very very helpful. As soon as we arrived they gave us map of metro and another map showing grocer, bakery and nearby restaurants. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral.
