Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing. We had a fantastic time. :) - Accessibility of the Hotel and its proximity to the beach.

Very, very good staff - professional, courteous and focused on the guest. Great for the business traveller - excellent workspace in the room, free WiFi. - Location is superb, directly on a beautiful stretch of beach. Also, on metro/tram lines to airport and city centre for sites and shopping.

Reception staff friendly. Modern hotel. Spa was included in our package and was lovely offering 80 mins of relaxation during our city break. Take a swimming cap and flip flops. Towels & locker provided. Breakfast was buffet style, good selection. Cort Ingles opposite. Handy for bus routes into city centre. Walking distance to Oceanografic. Excellent hotel.

Ther hotel rooms were decorated really nicely, Plus there is a lovely spa in the hotel which is alovely treat, That I would highly recommend. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science. Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.

I liked the smiling and helpful staff. Towers were changed and bed was made everyday. Excellent national food in the canteen. Wifi access without trouble. 15 minutes on foot to the awesome beach. Public transport within walking distance. Free shampoo and shower gel.
