Business travellers will appreciate being just 15 minutes from the Euskalduna Conference Centre. The hotel also offers air conditioning and a 21-inch (53 cm) TV in the rooms. If you have forgotten your alarm clock, you can also receive a wake-up call via your telephone, before heading down to enjoy the continental breakfast (extra charge).

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions and do understand a limited amount of English. THE hotel is recently renovated and in a very nice and central position. Its location to the old quarter and to all the transport systems. the night watch man, Feliz, and all reception staff are great. friendly staff, excellent location, clean, modern facilities.

Also the double bed only had one very long pillow for us both - which was awkward and uncomfortable. wooden floors lead to increased noise. It was difficult to find since it is on a back street. Fortunately, a very kind woman showed us the way. As our room faced the main street, it was rather noisy past midnight and early in the morning with street cleaners, delivery vans and rubbish collectors. The air-conditioning in our room was sometimes not cool enough, and at other times too cold. The laminate floor was a little creaky.As with most hotels in Spain, the rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear everything. The noise when step on the floor might be a problem. And the heating system are not so good.The room was a little bit noisy due to a problem in main power board. Not clear if the hotel was in a pedestrian zone or if we could bring our car near to off-load luggage. Not easy to find with a Tom Tom, but kind pedestrians helped to find it. Breakfast was basic. Street noise from the nearby tapas bars may either annoy or feel authentic.Wooden floors can be noisy. very very noisy. The walls are very thin, floors are laminat, so you can hear very step..So if you are looking for a good sleep, not the right place.The shower didn't had an steady temperature. Went from very hot to very cold. floors are noisy and hallways. The offer for breakfast was not competitive. No external window. For a new hotel, the sound insulation was poor, there was no plug in the bathroom sink, which made it difficult to shave and I had to nick the one off the bath, not having parking was a problem as the cost increased significantly by having to pay for parking in a nearby car park. parking is a little far from the hotel. the room has a singing floor each time you walk on it.No views! The area of the old town was a bit "dead" at night. water and room heating was not allways constant, like it would be shortly turned down or broke down. might not happen allways, but happened to us at some points.Wireless network poor (but was not promised in ad), bathroom cold. The temperature of the room was hard to control, and the beds were hard.Very difficult access if you are travelling by car and the parking was a good 10 minute walk, and at 15 euros per night was too dear. Very hot room with slow ac and facing a tiny backyard smelling of food. Small shower cabin. Probably the double rooms are better with bigger bath rooms, some kind of view and a possibility to get some fresh air in. It's a nice modern concept but the minimalism also makes it very noisy with thin walls, laminat floors, no carpets and nothing on the walls. Two stars is right.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian street, allowing you to enjoy the charming atmosphere of the most characteristic, historical part of Bilbao to the fullest.

This does mean that you cannot access the street by car. Nevertheless, if you need to unload your luggage from your car, you can request a special loading and unloading permit for hotel guests at reception.

If you do not have a lot of luggage, the hotel recommends that you park your car at the Arenal car park.

By Plane:
-You can take a bus from the airport to Bilbao every 30 minutes A3247 AEROPUERTO –BILBAO station "Plaza Moyua". From here you can either walk or take the metro (Casco Viejo).

By Car:
From: Madrid, Vitoria, Burgos , San Sebastian; take the exit for Bilbao "MIRAFLORES", at the roundabout heat towards "ATXURI”. Continue to travel along ‘Ribera’ heading towards Parking Arenal.

From Santander: Is the last exit, (the second) MIRAFLORES is the name.

By Bus:
From the terminal "Termibus" you can arrive to the hotel by metro "Casco Viejo", or by tram "Arriaga" is the station.
