It is close to the hustle and bustle, 100 meters from the train stop, city tourist bus stop, airport bus stop, fruit market. Near reasonable eating places. The apartment was clean and very good for family stay. Furnished with basic amenities. the amount of space in the apartment was surprising, excellent bed and additional linens the little veranda enabled us to look out on the street below.Very centrally located and a mini mart close for all the essentials.

No recpetion, but staff were very curteous in arranging for us to leave bags early while apartment was cleaned. The location was great right by all the shops and easy to get to all the main attractions.The balcony was lovely for a few beers outside.The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was fantastic. The apartment was very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. We will DEFINITELY be coming back again. The staff was very friendly, knowledagable and quick to respond. The pictures are a bit misleading I thought it would be much bigger with a separate room for the living room and kitchen.The lift is ridiculous.When everything shuts down at night the area feels a bit unsafe so I wouldn't walk around alone. The dishwasher didn't work. Otherwise everything was perfect!!. No reception counter.Must have appointment in advance or call by telephone. Kitchen could be better equipped however in Barcelona one eats out most of the time so was not a hassel and staff were quick to provide additional utensils when asked. Lots of stairs but lift was ok. Nothing to dislike - entrance not immediately obvious but found it on second pass!. A bit lacking in the kitchen, ie pans etc. However, there was actually a kettle in each appartement, contrary to previous comments on letsbookhotel.com. The only downside for our party was the bathrooms, they were a bit mouldy and when you had a shower the water went everywhere. But for the price we paid you can’t complain. Hard to locate apartment in the beginning. More crockery and glasses would be better. No spatula to fry. Had to use spoon. The lift to the apartment was very small but that was only a problem on arrival and departure. Minor touch ups needed-shower not perfect, coat of paint on some walls, etc. Walls were thin but this never impacted us during sleeping hours. Key wouldn't work in the door and we had to call reception to come out mid-evening to resolve. Lift was very small, 2 people only or one person plus case. Hot water needs to be adjusted in master bathroom. There was not much space, it would have been cramped for 2, however there was a mazzanine so if the bed had been up there , there would have been loads of space. Small lift but still exceptable. Rate is expensive could find less in nearby location. Lift is very small Bathroom no good ventilation & water comes out , need little maintenance. slippery marble steps on staircase. No number on building. Had trouble finding the property. cutlery not sufficient for self-catering. Poorly equipped kitchen. Water leakage in on of the bathrooms, water dripped from the ceiling. Windows in bedrooms have a view on the walls. Plastic covered 3 piece suite 2 doors would not close without being pulled to. Lack of a few basic things like soap and toilet paper.Not perfectly clean although generally ok. The apartment was also very dark but was perfect for a few days stay with good value for money. The apartment was not very clean upon arrival, which is very undesirable. The wifi didn't work and the hot shower only lasts for 10 minutes. Directions!!Needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance of apartment. Minor details that can make it perfect. Walls were suppose to be white but not any more. Showerhead stand was broken (Apt 3-2). Need to let people know that no toiletries are provided, including toilet paper. No shelves, no hooks anywhere, no bedside table, even Wireless router sits in a tangle of cable on floor. Only just sufficient crockery and cutlery, no allowance for a breakage. First 2 nights airecon didn't work, needed 2 contacts for anything to happen. Very much overpriced. No staff to just asking a questions... -Cold Water in both bathroom (no customer service to fix this problem) -The air cond doesn't work properly , too hot in the flat. -There are dust everywhere -the wall and heater painting is old and not clean. There were cops at our door the day we arrived investigating a criminal whose mother lived in that apartment. There was no reception to assist us with planning our trip there. Also there were no signs to help us in finding the place. Couldn't control temperature in shower and air conditioning didn't work.
