  This is the newest Parador, only 2 years old, and don right in the heart of old town Alcala. Excellent food in both restaurants, good parking and strong wi-fi that you go on with no sign in. Close to Madrid Airport and 1/2 hour by train to downtown Madrid. - It's a fantastic hotel to stay! Surely it is a good tip for a relaxing break after visit... what people say » ing Madrid. Rooms are luxurious and the pool is top. Extremely friendly were the ladies who served us during our breakfast. Especially the French one.

  This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, situation could not have been better, and I will never forget the receptionist who helped my cronic toothache with a painkiller at 5.30 am! It was wonderfully central, very comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean, the breakfast and facilities all were fantastic value for money. It only has three stars but this is probably as it doesn't have a swimming pool. It deserves more. I will definitely recommend the Hotel and also return there again.
