  This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, situation could not have been better, and I will never forget the receptionist who helped my cronic toothache with a painkiller at 5.30 am! It was wonderfully central, very comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean, the breakfast and facilities all were fantastic value for money. It only has three stars but this is probably as it doesn't have a swimming pool. It deserves more. I will definitely recommend the Hotel and also return there again.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is very well situated for visiting all that Alcala de Henares has to offer for sightseeing and also near a good selection of restaurants.
