But the best thing about this hotel is because of the team that is very helpful and proactive. My wife and I just got married and when we returned from a walk, the manager Bettina had left the room filled with rose petals, chocolates and bath items. We love it!

  I honestly loved most of the things about this hotel, the staff were very very nice, my room was spacious and always clean. They gave free soda, juice, sparkling and clear water. Whenever i had a problem, they would ALWAYS help. And the best part about the hotel was that the pictures on the site were exactly what was on the ground.   I would highly recommend staying at this location. We had a two night stay there and found our hostess Anne to be quite hospitable and gracious. The property is safe and secure with gated entry located in the affluent suburb of Rosebank. The location was ideal with shops and restaurants located about a 10 minute walk to the mall. They allowed us an early check in and even offered us breakfast. They gave tea to our guests and allowed us to store our luggage on our last day when we were being picked up later in the day. They were excellent. The location is very good being both central and close to the Gautrain and also a big shopping centre with lots of restaurants.

  Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom - I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.

  Everything there was great. The room was really nice and had everything you could need. We had breakfast in bed which came with the booking. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Oh and the food was great too! - Friendly staff, confort in the room, excellent breakfast and dinner.

  The room we had was a bit hot, so they moved us into the next available room the next day, without us even asking for a change. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It was very quite given that we were in Johannesburg. Worth way more than what we paid!! - Now here's a home away from home. I will absolutely recommend it.
