  We were received by Gene with a wonderful smile, vastly compensating the tiring flight from Europe. She made our week-long stay a memorable experience. The breakfast was great. "Our house" had two bedrooms, one living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, etc, just for the two of us. We did not get to try "our" pool in the garden; something for the next... what people say » time. South Africa is a great place to visit and everyone was very friendly. - Enjoyed the nice decor in the room and the extensive breaksfast. Friendly and competent staff. Walking distance to town.

  It offered very good value for money and since we we going to a wedding and only going to be arriving late and night and leaving early the next morning, we did not need all the bells and whistles. So, for us it ticked all the boxes - convenient, comfortable, well located, well priced. Most important question of all: Would you go back ? The answer ... what people say » is yes - Very Awesome! So relaxed. Friendly environment, good food. Warm rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. I will be here again in the next year.

  Everything was really really great - excellent service, good and diverse breakfast, very helpful and kind staff. We had a beautiful room on the ground floor with terrace, which was perfect for relaxation. The house is surrounded by greenery and in a calm neighbourhood, only a 10-minute walk from the Stellenbosch center. If you are attending a conference in Spier (or somewhere close), it is o - Nice big rooms - the downstairs room have a small terrace so you can sit outside. The house has lovely wooden floors/victorian baths etc which give it character. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Ben was very very helpful responding to our every request very quickly and efficiently. This is a budget friendly option for staying in Stellenbosch. Next time I think I would stay somewhere closer to the restaurants in town.
