  Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend. Would love to go back, and stay longer.

  I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value.   It was worth paying a little extra for the Honeymoon Room. It was a beautiful, bright, modern, large room and the view of the Knysna Heads and Lagoon was outstanding. Large room, fabulous double rainshower plus bath. Good quality linens and towels. The view from the room was breathtaking. Vee is such a lovely person and really wants you to enjoy your stay. Great breakfasts too

The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast.   The accommodation was excellent, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. We had complete privacy both inside and on the balcony, which had wonderful views of the lagoon. If they could only build tennis court, squash court and have some other entertainment for the kids this hotel would be the best offering in Knysna. Lots of potential.   We were delighted with our room at Knysna Country House, and agreed that it was our favourite Guest House during our two week trip to SA. The room we has was superb (though air con would have been even better!), and the owners had thought of everything.
