  We were on our way to our honeymoon destination and stayed over at the hotel which was a wedding gift from my brother and sister-in-law. Got to the room and there were dried rose peddals everywhere - on the bed, on the floor, even in the bathroom with a bottle of champaign. It was so romantic. Thank you for a wonderful stay. - Overall the hotel's proximity to the airport, is obviously an attractive and fit-for-purpose design is what makes it attractive. This is my second stay in as many months. Transit bus from the airport also a very attractive feature.

  The Mondior is in a super location within easy reach of Johannesburg International Airport. A courtesy bus runs to the airport every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. All in all, it was a wonderfully comfortable way - I stayed at Mondior for 1 night before my flight on the next day with my husband and 5 month old daughter. The hotel is right next to the airport and there is a shuttle every 20 min. to the terminal which is very convenient. As the room we booked was very small to fit a baby cot they upgraded us with bigger one which was very very nice of them. I was very impressed by the baby cot they gave us.   Heather, the hostess, was helpful, friendly and informative. She described their rebuilding of the entertainment area after an electical fire two months ago and it will undoubtedly be an added attraction when completed in about 2 mos time. They are redoing the pool at the same time. The recently remodeled room and bath we were in showed good taste... what people say » and finish. The grounds not under construction were nice. Food was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely stay there again. - The staff and the owners were so lovely to deal with. Like other reviewers have said - it really was like staying with friends. Free internet, free airport pick up and drop off, free shuttle to areas locally (shopping center etc) We ate at the Guest House and like other reviewers - we thought the food was exceptional! We needed to be close to the airport so the location was perfect. The owners couldn't be more gracious and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

The home has a family & homely ambiance and the atmosphere and surrounds is relaxing, almost as if you were in the countryside away from city life. The home boasts a spacious well kept manicu - Joy and Steve were very helpful. They arranged a city tour for us, got our washing done and helped us with any request satisfactorily.   It was the perfect place to stay for us just arriving back from an overseas holiday and need to sleep over before we are driving back to Port Elizabeth. It is very close to or Thambo and security is also good at the premises. We could hand back our key just after 4 in the morning.
