We had a very enjoyable and comfortable week long stay. We particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, spacious top quality room and fittings, easy access to waterfront and convention centre and good car parking facilities. Room was fantastic, light airy and spotless. Staff were a credit to the hotel, from the cleaning ladies to security and reception. Swimming pool was spotlessy clean. Nothing was too much trouble.

The sizeand interior design of the apartment brilliant. High standard of spacious accommodation and a convenient location. It's really quality appartments with a front desk and daily maid service. The building has a coffee shop, ATM, grocery store and some other shops on the ground floor but outside the hotel area. VandA is a maximum of fifteen minutes walk away. The modern, comfortable interior as well as the spacious balcony and the lovely swimming pool with it's nice deck chairs.The rooms were clean and well serviced. The staff were very helpful regarding tours of the Cape. Good central loaction, short cab away from the V and A. Enjoyable stay. The style of the Room and the view. Top sheet on bedding, Kitchen sink clothe to clean up spills and tea towel for the occasional wash up. Guest information booklet on hotel facilities and procedures. The gym shown on the web-site was not available during our stay which was a disappointment. Gym not finished. Gym not finished.Bedroom gets too hot- no aircon in room.Facilities arent finished yet. Airconditioning should be available in the bedrooms. Better phone facilities will be useful.The location is a little bit off putting, because it is in a business district which is still beoing developed and there are not many pother people around at weekends and in the evenings. Shortage of towels. Limited dstv. No indications on doors, from parking area to lifts, there is no signs to direct you. Had problems with aircon in room, and first had to decide to check out before anything was done. It's a business district and it gets very empty on the weekends, it'sscary to leave the room when nobody is out on the streets.Air conditioning wasn't good enough in bedromms, got to hot at night and didn't get a good nights sleep. the concierge service was inconsistent - sometimes good, quite often less so. the staff were not very friendly, the cleaning staff knocked on my door very early every morning and disturbed my sleep, there were always a shortage of towels.
