  Since we didn't like the city much, we spent most of the time in the hotel. It is very nice, really comfortable and with a good design, everything new. The staff was also really nice. The room was big, with huge windows, big and comfortable bed with a cute pillow, which we considered as a nice touch. It was very clean and with a nice, big bathroom... what people say » . Breakfast was very good and fresh, they gladly brought food by order. We left the car by the hotel, nothing happened and we got no ticket, but maybe - Excellent service, good value, great location and rooms.

Quiet location: our priority was to be close to the University Medical school - but it is also an easy 10-15 walk from Mama's to the Old Town. For us this was fine, some may regard this as too far.   Really nice and good hotel near the centrum. We booked the room just couple of days before our stay so the price for Douple room was lower than normally so we got really value for our money. Air-condition worked perfectly when there was more than +30°C outside all the time. PC worked nicely and so did the wifi after first day when it didn't worked... what people say » . We rented bikes for 3 days when we were staying in Bratislava and we got them safe in the backyards bicycle garage for nights. There were also some - BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE for price value. Before hand I would like to say I am an experience traveller and not just a happy outlier. The staff was great, we even returned 2 days after staying there and they were grateful enough to just keep our luggage safe until the flight. Breakfast is really good, service is fast and if you are looking for a kind of egg preparation that is not in the buffet, they will go out of their way to make it happen. Rooms are high tech and beautiful.

  For the last 3 months i have been travelling Europe and staying in various hotels. Staying at the Sheraton was something else entirely.   Group of 16 for stag weekend. Reception were excellent, had 3 rooms ready for early arrival. Rooms are very clean and well designed, nice having espesso machine. Superb bathroom and excellent shower. Bar area and staff were excellent too, very classy. Breakfast was very good too, mix of continental and hot breakfast. Couldnt fault anything on hote... what people say » l. Staff were so helpful and not at all put off with having a stag party in hotel, we were made to feel very welcome, staff were very jovial. Excellen - The top floor sauna and steam room were fantastic. Bath was spacious and nice. Location was great, easy walk into old town and on bus lines. We received a very good rate over a weekend. Wi-fi in the lobby was super fast - better than my broadband back home. Very good experience all around
