The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was decorated in a stylish way. Excellent location. Everything was superb. Lack of pay TV.do not order the taxi from the hotel: it can cost to you two or three times more than a conventional taxi !. the eggs at breakfast always looked like they were 2 years old.................Towels poor, breakfast quality not great and relatively expensive.. As we made check-ing, late 23.00 hrs, the reception was poor, but next day the sataff, was very kindly.I had problems with connecting to the internet even with the username and password. I had to enter both every 5 minutes or so. very bad connectivity. no possibility to adjust the cenral air-conditioning. Reception needs to be asked every time to switch it on or off as it was either too hot or too cold in the room.no parking garage. No bar. The climate control didn't work properly and the internet connection worked poorly. Welcome at check-in. The breakfast did not offer any variety. When they ran out of tea, wewent without for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was ok but not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Don't let the staff fool you which they did with us regarding taxi to the airport. The staff in the reception get commission if they call a taxi for you wich will cost you twice as much compare to if get a taxi by your self at the street just outside the hotel.Some staff were very pleasant but on checking out the reception desk was unhelpful to the point of rudeness. They also failed to book a taxi to the rail station as requested. They turned the air conditioning off during the night and the room heated up. for a 4 star hotel...the facilities aren't that impressive and you'll not get the value of your money. The bed cover was left on the floor on our second day staying in the hotel. There wasn't any shower gel provided on the second day which was very disappointing.
