I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. Internet was excellent. washing machine and dryer were available in the appartment. good TV chanels (Disney). The hotel is connected to a small shopping hall containing Costa Cafe, .
all reviews » As grandparents holidaying with our 10 and 8 year olds, Fraser Suites was perfect for us. When attempting to book for four at other hotels we couldn't be promised interconnecting rooms or 'room' for us all to relax. Fraser Suites was an amazing surprise. Proximity to everything; the convenience of the Fraser shuttle; breakfasts & room service; the tremendous pool area; and the wonderfully courteous staff made this an impressive stay. We would recommend the Fraser group to anyone and look fo. The standard of the apartment & all equipment inside was top class. Beautiful Wedgewood tea service! Very nice welcome package of fruits / teas coffees etc. Good sized swimming pool with nice sun decked area. Well equipped gymn which was free to all guests. General Managers Mr.Lee & Ms.Chong were exceptional & a credit to Fraser Suites, along with all of their staff who couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the wonderful city of Singa. Fraser Suites were an idyllic haven for us to rest after a long haul flight with 3 children (16, 5, 4). we were all jet lagged and found the facilities and staff exceptional. our room was bliss, quite and exceptionally clean. the welcome packages for the children and the hamper along with the card are a personal touch that makes the traveller feel very welcome. well done, we will be back to explore more of Singapore in the future and most definately will be staying at Fraser Suites River Valley. Loved the staff, they made us feel very welcome! The children's facilities were brilliant for young kids. A very relaxing holiday for our family with 3 children under 5. Waddling pool, spa pool, 2 separate outdoor play areas and an indoor play area with everything a preschooler needs to keep boredom at bay. Zion road hawker centre 10 minute walk away and shopping centre below makes it so easy!. 1)Room and facilities are very clean 2)Very nice staff and also the housekeeping 3)I stayed in 2 bedroom- good kitchen with full facilities, we need to prepare the seasoning before 4) Good washing machine, and clothes dryer 5) 3/F --good playroom for the kids 6) 6/F-- good kids swimming pool massage chair in the relaxation room 7) Good and regular shuttle bus to the popular locations. I love the that there was cable TV in every room! My kids love that they can watch their Disney and Nickelodeon shows in their own rooms. I liked the indoor play area for the kids. At first breakfast, surprised at your clientele - lots of children, workers in orange overalls etc. But actually enjoyed the busy atmosphere. Maybe it was just my family but the comforters were making us sweat even though it was not hot in the rooms. I wish there was pancakes for breakfast. Can't think of anything.Except our budget didn't allow us to stay another week. Maybe if I was staying with a young family, some mugs, as well as pretty cups & saucers would be useful. should consider to have more options for breakfast, especially more warm Asian food options (e.g. porridge, noodles, etc). Choice of food for breakfast was a bit disappointing, no bacon all week and stale croissants - this was a minor thing and wouldn't put us off coming back however. You have to travel by taxi for everything. Buffet breakfast was too basic. House keeping is there only on alternate days. It's not a hotel where you got 24 hr food servings. A bit far from metro station, but this was offset by their shuttle services. The second bedroom was very tight. No room for luggage. The shower and toilet cubicle was also very tight and difficult to move in. No iron and ironing board available unless they were hidden somewhere. Poor in room dining option. No housekeeping on sundays. nothing. Breakfast was a bit simple. Breakfast was very limited... Barely a spread. the steam room was a good concept, in that one turns it on at will, but I did find it never really heated up, even after the maximum time of 40 minutes. Probably not an issue for most guests. A bit pricy, no privacy in master bath room. Haha, price of the room. Price. No shuttle bus to the airport. Cockroach in the bathroom, housekeeping kept taking my nice towels that I had hung for re-use and replacing them with old worn out towels. Bit far out of town with a good walk to MRT. Breakfast choice bit limited and small area for eating. If you are not with 2-3 children one of which is in a pram , you will be out of place here.In addition , the entire 5 days there was a film crew in the room next to us with constant noise and chatter in the corridor in front of our apartment. The breakfast was a non event , crowded with kids . Better to go around the corner . Toilets in lobby need some redecoration - lock on door - chipped tiles. breakfast , location,. - The size of the apartments. - The limited selection of breakfast. Bedrooms a bit on the cramped side. Liked everything. the price is too high. Delays with ordering transport.
