Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. The hotel rooms are simple but very well-designed -
Although the room was small, it was compact and it had everything basic we needed. The bed was great to sleep on....soo comfortably soft with nice comforters. The bathroom size was sufficient and the tiles were nice. Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.

My husband and I was very impressed with the lady in housekeeping her name is "MUNI" she was very helpful, courteous and if we had a problem concerning our room she went out of her way to get the problem resolved.Thank you Muni for making our stay at Santa Grand Hotel very pleasant. Although it's just a capsule room, it's surprisingly comfortable. The toilet is always clean and dry, no smell. The shower flows well. Locker, hairdryer for free. AC is cold! Blanket available for free. WiFi in your room for free. 24-hour breakfast you can just open the fridge and eat cereals, bread, biscuits and drink tea, coffee, milk. They also have microwave and if you still need to go around after checking in you can leave your bags for free. Computer with internet for free!

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony
and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will

I like about the friendliness of the staff. They are all very polite and helpful. I have a very nice double room with a small area of dinning. Close to china town and easy to grab a taxi at anytime of the day. Clubs around the corner during the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -
