My husband and I was very impressed with the lady in housekeeping her name is "MUNI" she was very helpful, courteous and if we had a problem concerning our room she went out of her way to get the problem resolved.Thank you Muni for making our stay at Santa Grand Hotel very pleasant. We will come back on our next visit to Singapore. :). I've stayed with my daughter. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. Good location, shopping and restaurants nearby. Has an elevator. Accessible to MRT and taxis.Has a lounge that serve free coffee, tea and milo all day.Free Wi-fi. Delicious breakfast, although at their sister hotel next building.Definitely be back.

Bear in mind what you're paying, its a great rate so you're not going to be in a luxury suit if you go for the cheapest room. But if all you need is somewhere safe to sleep and a hot shower, go for it. Great location which near to the subway. we went to Universal Studio and it just 2 stations away from Harbour Front station to catch the Sentosa express.
