  My family an I were staying at the Sham Suites Hotel for one week during a business trip. While there we were very happy with the cleanliness, nice smell and comfortable furnature of the location. The staff was very helpfull and pleasant and the price was extreamly reasonable for what we recieved.   Great value for money. Location is close to both Dammam and Khobar. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Love the rooms with lobby view. Good food for a good price (you may get a discount if you ask for it). - I highly recommended it if you have conference or training course , the food was very good staff are friendly but not all of them
