The real big plus for the hotel is really its young Saudi staff, I have to mention 2 names that I dealt with; namely; Zaid and Sahir (I hope I am stating the names correctly). They were truly professional and extremely supportive. They are customer oriented and give you the impression that they have been in this business for many years. I also like the buffet dinner, many nice selections and nice staff.

And the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. - The hotel staff is good (special appreciation to Mr. Aldosarry for his proffessionality and to Mr. Kenneth as well. - The food quality is good and the taste of cooking is excellen. rooms are very wide and they intersted in small details that cause the diffrence . Also, they need to ensure regular external cleaning of the rooms windows. - compared to last year exact time the room condition has become abvious with wear & tear (some detailed cleaning is required). The entrance of the hotel is not pleasant and the surrounding area is very dirty. The window glass is very dirty and it looks it has been ages since thee cleaned it. I only hate the parking, to tight. Access of hotel from road can be improved. I can not use the previlige club membership in the room services. None. Toilet. Street infront if hotle is under consrtuctions. Parking spaces not always available. Some water leakage at the toilet. the location, the location is good but there are maintenance to the streets next to the hotel so this is temporary. Check out is very early. At first I had a very nice and big room ,but is was very noisy I had to move to a smaller room. The location on map is not accurate. Not greated on arrival. Unloaded bags from car by myself. First contact was a security guard telling me to move my car. Bell man took my bags after I entered building and told me there was 'no valet parking'. Check in staff were much better and handled the check-in process and valet parking in an efficient and professional manner. Construction around the hotel caused: (1) Very hard to find a parking. (2) noise. don't seems your in crowne plaza it seems like your in three stare hotel comparing with holiday inn chain. Very noisy few staff and long waiting time. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the key didnt work appropriately twice. - sometimes the WiFi is not working in the room. Not completed toilet stuff. Utilizing privet parking area for laundrary & remaining lot Numbers is not enough for guest cars. Although I took a suit but it wasn't that clean, shower is not that good and also the room design was disappointing. There was a construction front of the hotel Bad trainee in the front disk Bathroom bad Ilevater is not working No valit. Its dirty as hell.
