Everything!!! especially the food it was great which what I expected, room is nice and clean with complete emenities. The internet is excellent, each room has its own connection and you dont have to bring your computer every room has its own and no problem in connection wherever you go in the hotel vicinity there's always a internet connection. Staff's are very attentive. Fast service. They provide a driver for you if needed. Pool was clean, as well as its washrooms. Hotel's location is close to Danube, Gosaibi village which has a number of nice restaurants and cafe's.
all reviews » Everything, This hotel by far offers the best value for money. Because its services are more than 5 star, yet is price is more 4 star. I wouldn't recommend any other hotel in that area. Oldest hotel in Khobar but the room I stayed was totally renovated to a very high standard. Excellent overall but specially in terms of value for money. Very good restaurant. Nice location close to Corniche with quite rooms. Very good breakfast. Wi-fi available in all hotel locations. New renovated rooms very nice. This is a very old 5-star hotel, as we got in the lobby I thought the rooms will be as old as the lobby, but thankfully no. Best if they renovate the lobby. Room service was a little bit pricey, I thought. Temperature at the restaurant was too low. Service during breakfast a bit slow, early morning (06:30 am). Renovation works might be annouying for guests that stay long day hours in the hotel. price of restaurant buffet lunch, you must be a greedy to worth the price. Rooms are not 5 stars, feel like you r in a social club not hotel, no privacy in the hotel facilities like swimming pool, old and not available towels,you have to walk outside the hotel to reach the sport club, realy it is not 5 stars and it was Avery bad experience. Old hotel (40 years) and furniture. Smelly sheets. One of the employees called me asking why I had 2 visitors. Not worth the 700SR/night. No valet. A 3-star-hotel might be better compared to it.
