1) When you reach the hotel, you can leave the car for a Valet parking. This service is excellent. 2) Swimming pool for adults and kids are good. Sauna & steam bath is also available. 3) Bed, Pillow, Cooling are gr8 4) Breakfast is in the top floor with view outside which is quite enjoyable unlike the typical closed restaurants. 5) Danube supermarket is near by for any purchase (500 meters) 6) Quite close to the corniche 7) Less crowded surroundings 8) Jumah Masjid just 300 meters away 9) .
all reviews » This is the 2nd time Im staying in Mercure. This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe. Valet Parking makes it comfortable. I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also. Nice hotel, good facilities, clean room, soundproof, family hotel, friendly staff, quick checkin and checkout, excellent swimming pool facilities. Everything was perfect as always! nothing could have gone wrong, all employees have only their guests hapiness in mind. Quick check in, much improved breakfast since last stay. Good value for a one night stay over on a business trip. The location is exelent, the staff is friendly, they have a nice lobby and 24 hr Wifi. everything was just perfect and I like this hotel and I advise everybody to try it. I hated the staff, they were horrible, no one showed me my room, and it took them 30 mins to come after a call I made for something I desire. Hotel is not 5-star hotel - resturant staff are late for 15-20 minutes in the morning keeping everybody waiting for some dishes - The room rate is little high - Room windows are full of dust and need cleaning. the breakfast restaurant was very crowded not organized, not enough tables, moved from the 10th floor with sea view to the M floor. The wi-Fi never worked in my daughters room & in our room it was only good if one person was using it. the breakfast was not what I would call 5*, but there was something for everyone. Toilet facility was a bit below expectations. pool need to be cleaner. Food. The window of rooms from outside were dusty. The rooms are no sound proof. I can hear every little noise and sound of movement in the corridor and that is too annoying to me while sleeping. Alot of Broken items inside the rooms/suites. quality. I stayed for 5 days and sheets was not Clean every single day. Management not fixable and aggressive. everything, service bad, staff not friendly. dirty, when you ask for something you have to call 4-5 times to get it., or go to the reception to get it. I will never stay again. I rate it 3 1/2 star not 5. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, no Internet, no TV, the room can't be open by the key, must call somebody with master key to open the door,,, very bad hotel, will never stay there again, even if it was for free. I have already shared my bad experience in this hotel with booking team. Hotel's management is bad.
