The rooms are big and clean, the bed was firm and really comfortable and as a pleasant surprise, there was a fruit plate awaiting us when we first arrived to our room, but the best thing about this hotel is the service. It also does not hurt to have a great buffet. I tried both for breakfast and lunch ones and was extremely pleased. The variety and quality were great, the service during meals was absolutely perfect, Mr Abdul Aziz Gaffer made every person feel cared for, he was closely monitorin.
all reviews » Location of the Hotel is very close to the Haram. The Hotel is clean and calm; you think you are alone but the hotel is fully booked. The waiting time for the elevator is less than 15 seconds and it is not crouded. The check in was very fast. Less than five minutes. The staff is very helpful and smiling. The hotel has an excellent breakfast open buffet, rarely seen before in the saudi kingdom's hotels. It's few steps away from the King Fahd Gate and is about a mile away from the grave of Mohammed Peace Be Upon Him. The rooms are very clean. The staffs are very helpful There is an atm inside the hotel The hotel is surrounded with lots of shops. Ohd Mountain is about 4 miles from the Hotel (car is need). The hotel is just a 2 mintes walk from the Haram, (Masjid e Nabwi pbuh) and next to the shopping area and restaurants. The area is also posh and very clean and safe for the family to walk around and go for prayers. Hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is also grand. I like hospitality of the staff and the room service provided to me and family. It is located near the Holly Haram in Madinah. I like service, especially receptionist Mr. Taher Samy, I like him, he is very active, co-operative and helpful person. Excellent location just few minutes walking distance from the holy mosque in Madinah Al Munawara. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception, restaurant and housekeeping. For sure I am going to stay again in this hotel again in the future. I like the design of the room , the other hotel design , I like the receptionist ( the Egyptian ) , the location was close to prophet Mohammed Masjed Nabaoy . We had no issue to repeat it again . I booked two "deluxe king room" for the sake of having a large double bed but they offered me one deluxe king room and one deluxe twin room claiming that the hotel is fully booked. WiFi is chargeable in side the room (100 sar per night). Price is a bit on the higher side for a twin bed-room. no wifi, no slippers in bathroom, no sufficient tea spoon, no news paper. I did not like the Food , it is not 5 stars . There is no Internet in the room but there is at the Coffee room . tv remote was not working , shower shampoo and body shampoo must be higher quality . Parking space was not sufficient and most of the guests did not park at proper parking place. Nothing. Breakfast menus is the same every day and limited selection. Enternt rate is very high. Narrow and limited parking slots room drawers were not very clean. nothing much. Parking is a big issue ,I had 2 king sized rooms and i asked for 1 parking space. Had to search for 90 minutes for parking around Haram and finally had to park on the road to catch the friday prayer.Haram parking was also full . Parking space should be booked by Hilton in Haram parking especially for guests staying in their hotel. Bathroom needs upgrade. AC control needs to be checked. Nothing. the breakfast needs to have more varieties in food. There is no WiFi in the rooms and as everyone know how is that important theses days. They only have WiFi in lobby. Smoking floor. I asked for non smoking by smoke smell all around the corridor. Lack fresh vegetables in breakfast menu. The distance covered between the hotel and the holy mosque. No free wifi internet in the rooms. Free wifi only available in the coffee shop till 1030pm. Only one restaurant in the Hotel. No comments. Not availability of WIFII in the rooms. Coincerage staff did not exactly know about the SAPTCO VIP service (to travel from Madina to Makkah) and did not offer any help to make bookings. No complementary breakfast. furniture need to be renovated, breakfast atmosphere is not as expected from a 5 stars Hilton Hotel. They charged my card one day ahead of my stay although they mentioned that we will pay when we stay. no WIFI in the room :(. The fridge very small. Need to improve buffe area. not enough reasturants , and the price for one person 150 SAR is too high for lunch. The Wi-Fi isn't available in the room. no free wifi inside rooms. Price too high.....Specially internet services. Brekfast not including even they were charging a lot. Maintenance, the hotel needs Maintenance for the A/C and Bathroom. parking is stressful! no free wifi.
