The clean environment and warm hospitality as well as the excellent location. Food is also tasty and delicious. The view on the Haram is amazing and relaxing. Overall it was great to stay in this hotel and I look forward to stay there again in the future. The hotel location is excellent and on Hiram side and facing one of the woman entry gate. The foods in the hotel were very good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing almost every services is satisfactory. slow internet speed. Nothing. The cups given to be used for tea/coffee should be washed ourselves.... not that big issue but was not pleasant...... Food needs to be improved. Asking advanced payments for t whole period. the resturant space was small and hard to find vacant table at breakfast time. There is not enough staff during the breakfast. It's serious problem because it' difficult to find a cleaned table. 2 or 3 more employees will solve this issue. All ok. Seating process in the restaurant. Uncomfortable mattress. Room cleaning. In house service poor and staff rude. In room service never arrived. Room was tiny with barely enough space to move around and very old..needs serious renovation. Internet very bad in rooms. Asked for extra towels which took an hour. Wifi is very slow Needs improvement. The rooms all rather smallish and furniture is worn out. Toiletries are mediocre and fungus could be seen in various nooks and corners of the bath room. non qualified staff, and poor value for money. The service! It is not worth 5 star. Rooms were small and not in good condition. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Housekeeping was poor. Room was not properly cleaned. not reach 4 stars. service was bad , internet was not available in the room , very poor materials in the bath room this is not 5 stars hotel by any standers.
