I liked the third floor so much and it was clean and new designed and I would like to thank Mr Najim who helped us alot that night to transfer from the the fourth to the third floor to be in good suit as my sisters. Every thing was smooth and clean. Good rooms and clean bathrooms that have all the facilities needed. Goos satff that was helpful and polite. Friendly environment from Staff, if you are looking for a nice hotel with affordable price, it will be a good choice.

It was old and the furniture was old and not clean als all the lamps were white and not so good to relax. Need faster internet. They have a restaurant over half of the outdoor pool ! And I bet they can never clean this part under! The indoor pool was closed. Other than that it was just fine. Needs renovation, old hotel. Food service is really really bad. Once I found out a fly bug on my bread basket so disgusting. Also they send random taxies to the hotel with a very expensive prices which is totally a rip off since normal taxies can't reach the hotel area. Very old tv and room furniture for a 4 stars hotel. Hotel location is far from the beach. Exit via main gate is a bit poor. As you try to head to Khobar-Dammam highway, the road to take is busy and you'd nees to wait for a few minutes to get going. Also, the spa was closed. No breakfast included. Cleaning could be better. Very old hotel with lack of services quality. Outdated furniture and decor FO staff were not very welcoming and tried to charge me 20 % more than the rate stated on letsbookhotel.com. except the outdoor pool,all facilities mentioned are not available. One of the most useless five star hotel seen in lfe, letsbookhotel.com will spoil their name by listing such hotel. I was so afraid with internet booking site, this time I got it done direct with hotel. letsbookhotel.com has given me surprise beofre twice. they cancelled my booking, although they have charged the first night from my credit card, also I mentioned my arrival time on the booking notes.
