  Very friendly staff with good English. Super clean, separate showers and toilets which helps avoid queues. Comfy bunks in dorm room - didn't squeak and move around like most dorm bunks! Excellent location, practically next door to the Hermitage. Just across the street from the Hermitage. The price was a little over, but still in a very reasonable range comparing it with traditional hotels in the same area. Everything is comfortable: all the necessary facilities, the kitchen,where the guests can have tea or coffee at any time, it's clean and calm in the room. And very good location! - Hotel location is EXCELLENT, walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants(/fast food). There is a bus stop just opposite the hotel if you need to go to Moscow train station. Our room was cleaned every day. The receptionists are friendly and speaks english. We loved the breakfast, there are 5 choices and served at your preferred time. Wifi is good.
