The location behind the Hermitage, just off the beginning of the Nevski Prospect, a stone's throw from St Isaac's Cathedral, was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were as good as could be expected. It was SAFE. It was CLEAN. Exellent servise, convinient location, pretty personal. Staff, decor, location. v.good location. Hot water took a while, and water pressure was low; but no big deal. Only two of the staff spoke English, but those who couldn't were at pains to get someone who could.
