I loved the bid, it was so comfortable also the room is properly equipped although the TV was not so user friendly, but for a business traveler who does not relay use the hotel much for more than to sleep it was great. Even though the checkout time was 01:00 pm, the hotel let me stay till 04:00 pm ,at no extra cost, since my flight was at 06:00 pm. Very thoughtful gesture indeed. Excellent Wi-Fi facility Good room service.
all reviews » - proximity to the airport - we stayed here for a 12 hour stopover - quick check in and room was a higher standard that we were expecting. Very comfortable for our needs!. The room was clean and the bed was good... The staff is very nice...The hotel location is between airport and the old town (souk). Excellent service and nice hotel! I would definitely come back to this hotel when returning to Doha. As a frequent visitor the staff are welcoming and warm. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Spa was not working I opted for smoking floor, but all floors are non-smoking , which their website doesnt mention.I had to come down to the Lobby every time I wanted to light up. Limited items on the menu for room service. Where ever you are in Doha it's hard to find a taxi... Nothing Sspecific. A suggestion to relax on the check out time may be considered allowing at least 20 hours occupying time. Break fast 65 QR is expensive. Shower didn't drain well--a design flaw, I suspect, rather than a blockage. Almost no shops or restaurants nearby, so wouldn't be as good for those without their own vehicle. Bathroom choked. Car parking was not wide enough for a car to pass under the hotel . No shuttle to the Airport. Location. The Infrastructure of the roads is very poor which needs to be improved. No clean mattress, we found bugs also in the bath room. No fresh air in the room and the indoor unit working full time and too much noisy so we couldnot sleep I will never stay at this hotel. The night check in time the behavior of receptionist was not friendly. 1. Sauna is not hot, just warm :( 2. Jakuzi is not working. 3. Cloring in the pool water is too much, I could not open my eyes that is hurting. No tv channels the an A.C. Is hot also the fridge is not cold enough. Checking in at 8pm hotel took almost 1 hr to prepare my room. I got some fruits and dessert delivered to my room as an apology (I assume), but no "sorry" from the front desk staff. Difficult to get taxi in the morning. I had to use hotel taxi, although more expensive, I was happy with the driver. Breakfast menu was limited. No parking .. the bathroom door difficult to close it .. air condition noise. Room internal environment was not good. Wash room was not as it should have!. cleanliness.
