Hotel location was excellent 5 min from the airport and very close to the main attractions , the faresrt place was the pearl and it was only 25 min drive the rest were all less than that. 5 min to souq wagif and the Islamic art musium. Room where comfortable and big . Toilet was big too. Very nice pool and lobby .Hotel management definitely I working hard to satisfy guest . Personally I would stay again next time.

Can't really think of anything to complain about. I spent two weeks in this hotel, used the spa and restaurants. Staff was friendly, efficient, facilities good, price good even I did not pay it myself (business), all in all, great hotel to stay. The entire staff are well trained, professional and extremely courteous. The rooms are clean, spacious and the showers are the best I have every used (hahaha). I would and have recommended to my friends. hotel was clean and ambience was good. staff were really friendly and were able to understand our needs as i checked in early. budget friendly and felt real value for money i had spent on this hotel. Staff are helpful ,specially Linda @ front desk and Martin @ concierge , room is nice and clean , bed and bath are awesome , satellite with many options DVD for music , very good wifi connection. The staff was good,nice, available, and they also gave the room before the normal time as I arrived early in the morning (7 am). They gave me good indications of what to do in Doha. It was peaceful and quiet. I was not a traveler; I live and work in Doha. I needed some time away from home to write my book and put my thoughts together. Mission accomplished. Excellent service and staff. Breakfast is great and have a wide choice. Had my room ready when I arrive at 09:30 AM, which was great to shower before going to work. staff was extremely accommodating and open to my requests especially Linda and reception team they were totally responsive to my needs. Italian food was delicious. WFI was very strong and available ,the people working on the reciption were very nice and i ask them to extend 2 hours after noon and they accept. Very good for stop-over in Doha when flying to Europe from far East. Room service was excellent and the room was very comfortable indeed. The staff are impressively good with genuine interest to serve. the choices of food and the flavors are better than most places in Doha. - It was sunny view in the room with street view. - quick services. - grate value for money. - no noise what do ever!. I advise visitors of Qatar to choose this hotel. the location is excellent if the purpose of the trip is business because the airport is really close. the crow ,team of the hotel were great .. also the mangers were well night and day shifts. Need more varieties in breakfast , cheese, pancake and coffee are low quality Under the bed and the chair should be cleaned more. The hotel is 35 minutes on foot from the souk and 15/18 minutes by car from the commercial center. Reception understaff when I arrived, so it took a while. no facilities, price for the limousin. it was noisy at night from the next door , alos the food was stay on the infrant of the door long time no body clean it or take it out. - Bed was hard to sleep on. - you have to collect your delivery food from the lopy. - no roof on the car parking. Nothing. -Bad room view. -There is no hose in the toilet which is an issue for Muslims. The taxi of the hotel is expensive, the taxi of the hotel should reduce their price. ...on the other hand, the hotel is located far from the downtown and the taxis in Doha are expensive. The coffee they offer at the room is very limited and they didn't give me extra when I asked for it. Heavy traffic to city centre. No airport transfers offered, could have done with more some more coffee in the room (only one regular sachet!). Exchange rate is a little bit lower. I didn't like the exchange rate of dhirams to ryals. It was a bit expensive at the hotel. Our room was separated by a door from the next hotel room and the TV noise from that room woke us up at 4.30 in the night, which is very annoying, the reception guys should pay attention to details like this, especially when they have plenty of rooms. The room was on the main road side which is quite noisy, so it's better to ask for a side or back room. Smoking in the loby. - The absence of fruits in the room. - The Cleanliness of the tables and seats in the lobby. - The absence of a TV in the lobby. - The black color in the elevators. Price of the restaurant meals!. The price is a bit too much for the standard of the hotel in this area of town. The hotel with this 5 star rating did not have child potty!. In the end I had go to the nearest shopping center to purchase one for my son when he had use the toilet. Elevator smell is bad. Location. No collection in breakfast. Housekeeping, daily cleaning inside the rooms to be improved. Restaurant staff should be more friendly and pleasant. Breakfast time, some of the staff were paying less attention to the guest's requirements. Reception staffs are not friendly. it is not a 5 star hotel but it is very clean and tidy. difficult to find a taxi outside and the staff don't help you. only 2 restaurants and NO alcool in the room, the hotel doesn't have the licence. breakfast not bad but could be better and didn't like when they ask me to pay the espresso!. a dry hotel and the pool is tiny, not a recreational place.;. لا يوجد لان اقامتي كانت ليوم واحد. The room has a rather cold atmosphere as there is only one little carpet.
