  Good location, 10-15 minutes on foot from Dw. Centralnyj train station. It also close to the Old city, walking distance is about 20 minutes. The studio was very clean and comfortable, well equipment. The communication with owner was perfect. We were waiting just about 5 minutes for keys. The hotel was enormous, lots of room in the bathroom and bedroom, it even came with its own kitchen and dining room and dishes, glasses and cutlery. It came with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
