Good location, 10-15 minutes on foot from Dw. Centralnyj train station. It also close to the Old city, walking distance is about 20 minutes. The studio was very clean and comfortable, well equipment. The communication with owner was perfect. We were waiting just about 5 minutes for keys. We had a pleasant stay. - Location in the middle of the center, we didin't need metro's or cabs. - Appartment was clean, warm, nice kitchen, bathroom and balcony for 2 people. - 24-hours acces to appartment.
all reviews » The hotel is situated in the centre of Warsaw. Near to the underground and Palace of Culture and Science. The equipment was satisfied. We enjoyed our trip. good location, great view,everything you need in the apartment,well set out and security guard on at night it was very quiet. value for money. Perfect place to stay. Location is more than perfect. Apartments were clean with all facilities. We are very glad about it. Very clean and comfortable. ideal for people backpacking because they have got washing machine. Central location. - looks old from the outside but when inside it's a modern appartment. the double bed was two single mattresses,one comfy one not. and the pillows were poor. this is the only fault. Too small for 4 persons, if we were 2 it would be be ok. Difficult to contact staff to obtain access to apartment. very small toilet. there is not bad. We arrived 10:10pm and they charged us 50pln extra because we check-in after 10pm and they had to wait for us. Then the next day they even didn't appear to pick the keys, we had to leave it in the postbox. They should be more friendly and take care of their guests!. The pull-out bed was not comfortable and filled a lot of the space. This room would be much better for a couple sharing the double bed. Old apartment Beds are terrible. Not at all sensitive to customer's needs. Poor furniture, very little sank in the bathroom. You need to call for every small thing, there were no replies for emails about late arrival. Kitchen has no microwave oven (while it is present on photos). Flat only had 2 rooms (!) instead of three rooms advertized, that was very uncomfortable with small child and that is the only reason for this negative feedback. Please also note that photos have nothing with real flats, rooms are much more modest and old renovated. The apartment was nothing like the photographs on the website. Two bedrooms? Only two rooms! We had to wait until 14.45 to get in despite having telephoned the day before and again at 13.00, as requested, on the day. We saw nobody while we were there and had to leave the keys in the postbox when we left. Not a good experience!. Staff does not speak English, internet does not work, no chairs or couch to sit on, ugly furniture, lack of basic dining tools (only 3 glasses for 4 person), dirty walls.
