staffs very helpful and welcoming the location was great, quiet and in the same time close to the city center (about 15 to 20 mins) by walk. apartment very clean, kitchen fitted with all items (you can prepare your food with your place) JYM in the 1st floor, cofe shop and restaurant within the building worth for money I will stay again in the same place. Very well equipped,good sized rooms, fantastic city views and very helpful staff. The presence of a supermarket in the building made it very easy to adopt apartment-style living within 30mins of arriving, saving a huge amount over hotel prices.

A little far to walk from the city centre but you will find loads of nice places to have a drink and good food close to the hotel. Most of staff people very nice and friendly. apartment with kitchen so you may prepare your own food. also option of buying breakfat at the reception. next to Hilton hotel so you may use gym&pool there. 2-3 restauranst 2 blocks ahead. modern small studio apartment. Staff attentive and helpful,the place was very clean and modern with all mod cons. Pizza place in foyer open all hours and very tastey! The Homes Place is perfectly situated and the array of places to dine in below the apartments is perfect. - modern furnatured flat - big living and sleeping rooms supermarket, pharmacy, fitness club and resturants are avialable in the tower. Good locations, 35 minute walk to the old town. A supermarket on the first floor complex and some restaurants right there as well. The room and the building are very modern, everything is clean, total security, calm inside, the staff is very professional. Internet and parking paid extra, although it is possible to park a little further for free. a little far from bus or tram stops and surranding quite fare from modern center however you may visit easly authentic remins of Warsaw Gettho area and Warsaw Uprising Museum. had to request a hair dryer and Iron, the hotel chauffer servce was expensive when compared with taxis, but the chap was very informative which went some way to justify the price. - Numerous light bulbs broken (some of them were fixed immediately, others overlooked). - Coffe table heavily scratched (from shoes or luggage?) - Internet costs extra. unfortunately, our apartment smelled of moist. Probably some leakage in the kitchen which started to smell. And the airco didnt work while it was quite hot. They said airco isnt included....but when you have been there before and know that there is airco, you also expect it to work.... No complaints whatsoever 10/10. A group of loud mouth, beer guzzlers gave me a rather unsavoury welcome from their first floor balcony - very brave - and it tainted my first few hours a little. - internet is not free of charge - there is no room cleaning service - a little bit far from the public transportation (calling taxi is a must). We think we heard rats or mice running in the walls several times, in the kitchen area. Did not see anythig, just a bit unnerving. Also, room wasn't done too well, had to ask for toilet paper, but overall clean. Maybe the absence of their own pool but basically nothing to say, everything is good. My room on the 17th floor was too high up and I couldn't sleep properly. I tried to change to a lower floor but there were no free rooms available. Bathtub too high. Not enough hooks in bath room. We did find a used towel in a drawer that was stained and used to clean something up. limited shopping facilities after 22 hours. - the hotel was advertised as an apartment and we have got a hotel room. There are only 3 in the building and that was our ''lack''. Since I stayed there many times I didn't even look at the description, as it was always a nice apartment. So when I arrived in the room, I was shocked that that's even possible. We have got an appartment after 2 days complaining ( I was staying there all week for business). I had to pay additional fee/ night. Very annoying. Nothing. It was very good. Nothing. Slow staf. One member of staff was a little rude. Was asking non smoking, but got room on smoker floor, and honestly could feel this smoke in room. The Staff Should carefully read comments on booking reservation !. Too noisy for my first stay! A party upstairs from midnight to 6 :(. drain in the shower was blocked No microwave available No Iron available but Iron board available. For sole traveller a bit too big. Parking is too expensive. no terrace; however shown on the virtual tour through the apartment (just a marketing trick). Was charged 3 times for my stay which was a pain. AC did not make any effect. It blows but does not cool. Kitchen could benefit from simple spatula for cooking. Poor sound isolation: sounds of love-making from rooms around were quite impressive. Towels were not changed until two phone calls to the reception!. Nothing at all!. Was a bit strange that we had to pay for WiFi, otherwise great place. Not a very good location. Paid Wi-Fi is not very good in apartments. nic!!!. That gussets must pay for the parking , in my opinion I think parking should be free for the hotel gussets or at least they should get a lower price like 30zt/day not 79zt/day thats too much :) its only my opinion. Room service forgot to clean my appartment. more service in the rooms. very basic breakfast, no variety. a bottle of water available in the room would be a plus.

Children under 16 years old have access to those facilities only during weekends and at certain times. Please note that a deposit of 100 PLN is pre-authorised on the credit card at the check-in. The deposit cannot be paid in cash. Breakfast is served at Piekarnia Saint Honore in the building Platinum Towers, 61 Grzybowska Street, at these hours: Monday - Friday 7.00 - 11.00, Saturday - Sunday 8.00-11.00 Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, on balconies and in the common areas. Please note that inviting guests and organising parties is not allowed. Please note that in the case of a non-refundable reservation, you will be provided with the personalised link which is necessary to make the secured payment for the reservation with a credit card. Please note that the credit used for booking must contain the guest name to be presented at reception upon the client's arrival. If the credit card used for reservation is not presented, the Platinum Residence will request an alternative credit card for payment. Cards belonging to third parties, payment cards, debit cards and virtual cards (without the physical presence) will not be accepted. A damage deposit of PLN 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
