  Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). It was quite a few fl... what people say » ights up to the apartment (worth keeping in mind for anyone with difficulties in this area but they did have lower level apartments). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place.   Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value. We will book again at this B & B - great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value. So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

  Very nice apartment, new fourniture, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. It doesn't matter that the reception is two blocks from the apartment. They are very nice and they take you until the apartmente. Moreover, it is very near from the main street. Just perfect location. - Good location in city center.   All the staff I came into contact with were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous, ready to offer suggestions to individual queries about food, sights to see and travel alternatives.The breakfast was good value for money. The room was furnished in a simple yet functional way. The coffee/ tea making facility in the room was much apprecia - The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

  Good location, only 10 minute walk to the market square. We had fresh towels and the bin changed every day and the staff were really helpful in organizing taxi transfers. The apartment was very spacious and was a lot better than what we expected because of the price we paid for it!   We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.   Excellent staff with good friendly advice. Location was superb, right next to the main square. Very reasonably priced and secure - The aparthotel was awesome! Right in the center of town, the location couldnt be better. Also, for the price, its amazing.
