  The hotel made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. They have a jacuzzi that we used and the staff kept stressing they wanted to help us relax.   Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.   I stayed at the Hotel Columbus with my family (mum and sister) in a triple room which was really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean at all times with a nice strong shower and bath. There was plenty of storage space in the room for tjhe three of us. It's on a safe main street a short walk from Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square, but there are trams if walking isn't for you. Would definetly stay again.

If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.
