The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again -
