I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again. Everything. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.
all reviews » This hotel is very modern, clean, good breakfast, nice staff, very close to the Main Market square and other attractions...Had to check out very early in the morning and was given a breakfast pack up, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... Staff were ott friendly but better that than miserable as sin so no complaints about any of the staff at all which is unusual. Breakfast nice check in easy and check out even easier. I would stay here again no problem. location, few minutes walk from the old town square and secure parking; staff was very nice - we were plesently surprised; hotel is brand new, clean and functional; the bed seemed very hard but we slept very well!. we couldnt fault anything. The staff were amazing. Room was spotless. Bar and restaurant was brilliant. Pavel, the concierge was just so friendly and amenable. The hotel made our stay in this marvelous city. Friendly and professional door/reception staff, very clean room and bathroom, good location near old town. Lovely Polish breakfast buffet selection and evening a la cart. Would stay again. Only complaint room was cold as hell in a few weeks it would be beyond cold and just bloody freezing as no heating in room. radiator was there but not on brrrrrr. our room and bathroom were small but it was not an issue as we stayed only for one night. nothing. We booked a double room but had two single beds with two small single duvets. Aldo didn't have bathrobes. Location in the area that is not very upmarket but close to main square. Room service not up to scratch but generarly very clean. - Small room & small bed - Stay for 6 nights but the breakfast looks the same everyday :( It should change some menu. Two building layout is confusing and not convenient, bathroom layout is too tight, no top sheets.. No bar soap.. Small and Weird bathroom layout.. No top sheets on bed..just blanket... We had to come home. The room I was first given was already occupied. I was awakened on my third morning and asked to change rooms.The new room was not ready when I was, as agreed at 12 noon. On two evenings, the restaurant was full and I was not able to dine at the hotel - no warning was given. I requested a taxi to get me to the airport at 13.00. The taxi was booked to pick me up at 13.00. nothing. Ac noise. Bedroom and bathroom both very small ( as advertised...). Breakfast repetitive and very polish orientated. Reception friendly and tried hard, but give wrong info about airport taxi costs, blocked room key a day early and missed a wake-up call on departure day. Not really what you expect from 4star hotel,facilities basic travel lodge standard. No mini bar/fridge in room,no room service. Make sure you request double bed even when booking a superior double room. very small room, not so equiped. Breakfast very poor in quality (quantity is there but nothing has taste I.e cold eggs) - We stayed two nights (which had different prices due to occupation probably). A group on the 2nd night was to be heard all nights from the room (poor soundproofed). We had to beg extra pillows and soaps on 2nd day. Management is really 'dutch' (saving on everything possible).
