  It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. - Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel.

  Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us).   Fantastic location in the old town, just off the main square. We stayed in a double room and it was very clean, spacious and we only had to share a bathroom with one other room. Great kitchen, with b'fast provided in the morning and free tea and coffee all day.   Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. - The location was perfect but sure glad we had a GPS to find it.
