Excellent hotel. Brilliant location just short walk from the square. Walking distance to Wawell Castle and kasasmier area. Breakfast very good in the basement bar of hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff excellent, very helpful. Krakow great place- good value for money re food drink travel. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. will definately stay at the hotel again when I go back next year!

The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection.
