Good location, based in the up and coming Jewish quarter and only a 10minute walk from old town, so best of both in strolling distance.Smart interior, helpful staff arranged transfer and trip, decent breakfast, great coctails- (not for breakfast) and safe baggage area.

Although not noisy while we stayed, the hotel rooms could have been more sound proofed from corridors/stairs.

I liked the clean, modern accommodation which was very good value for money. The location was great as we were only about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the old town. The hotel is situated in the Jewish Quarter and there were places of interest and good restaurants. Towels are not changed daily but you are able to request a change whenever required. It was good to have a kettle in the room

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was fantastic and very helpful, breakfast choice was excellent, rooms were clean, tidy, big shower and generally very pleasant - would recommend it to everyone and stay there again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Compact but comfortable room. Tea / coffee making facilities. Excellent shower. Very clean and smart.

Nice staff, lovely room. Renovations were happening at the time we were there, there was some early morning hammering because of this, but the reception staff warned us on arrival and gave us some chocolates by means of an apology. Good location, very near castle. All in all, well recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for visiting Krakow, superb breakfast buffet, modern rooms with some character

Rooms to front are very noisy due to traffic and many bars in the area, rooms to the back are beautifully quiet, some room furnishings are poor quality (wardrobe doors jammed up and shower heads fell down), there is no lift to upper floors and for unfit / handicapped people this is bad news.

The place is excellent for visiting Krakow, just in the middle of the most interesting points. The MUST´s are within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, plain, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The lack of a lift will make the good staircase a little difficult if slightly "happy" after a night out or if not fully fit.

The hotel has a great modern and clean look to it, the beds were really comfortable and the en suites very clean. The location of the hotel was very good, walking distance from the castle and main market square and not far from the nearest tram/bus tours pick up points.

The food in the hotel for main meals wasn't that good, the breakfast offered was very good but any of the other meals were not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel like this. Also the bar which was part of the hotel closed fairly early (midnight) and often we'd want to have a few more drinks before going to bed and couldn't.

well, some things concerning the hotel room, We missed a radio so we could listen to music. Some small problems with the shower that the handyman didn't fix but all in all no problems.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

When we arrived our room was double booked so we had to be moved to apartments nearby, also owned by the hotel

the price was great, the room was very spacious and the staff were very accommodating

the breakfast buffet was poor-the coffee was always cold, the cheese hardened on top and the bread dry/stale. Breakfast service started at 7am and food wasn't really refreshed throughout the morning so by 10:30 it was all stale. When we pointed this out to staff, however, they were always very helpful and accommodating. no kettle in room also an issue, yet tea, coffee and cups provided?
